Shipping Rate

We currently deliver across Malaysia and Singapore, and we’re working hard to bring global delivery to more destinations soon! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and further updates.

Processing Time

• Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be shipped on the same business day.
• Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be dispatched on the next business day.

• Please note that we only ship on business days (Monday–Friday) from our warehouse in Penang.

Delivery Time

• West Malaysia: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.
• East Malaysia & Singapore: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.

• During peak periods, delivery may take longer than usual — please allow 3–8 business days to receive your order.
