Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every piece from Theé. If your item isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, innerwear is non-returnable.

Grand Launch Special Items

For our Grand Launch Special (e.g. 3 items for RM180), returns are accepted even though these are sale items.

  • Refunds will be issued as store credits based on the discounted price (e.g. RM60 per item).
  • Store credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
  • Exchanges are allowed if the requested size or color is still available in stock.
  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

Refund

  • All eligible refunds will be issued as store credits, valid for 1 year.
  • Store credits can be used for any future purchase on our website.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or Wrong Item

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or full store credit at no additional cost.
