Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every piece from Theé. If your item isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, innerwear is non-returnable.

  • Sales items are not eligible for return or exchange.


Refund

  • All eligible refunds will be issued as store credits, valid for 1 year.

  • Store credits can be used for any future purchase on our website.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.


Faulty or Wrong Item

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

We’ll arrange a replacement or issue full store credit at no additional cost.

Not Refundable / Exchangeable

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Gift items

The following are not considered faulty:

  • Colour variation within ±20%

  • Minor imperfections (e.g. loose threads, slight creases)

  • Self-inflicted damage after use

  • Measurement differences within ±3cm
