Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, innerwear is non-returnable.

Sales items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund

All eligible refunds will be issued as store credits, valid for 1 year.

Store credits can be used for any future purchase on our website.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Faulty or Wrong Item
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
We’ll arrange a replacement or issue full store credit at no additional cost.
